Delivery areas
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us at hello@aliver.co.uk before placing your order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery time
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 business days from dispatch. Subscription orders are dispatched each month around your renewal date.
Shipping costs
Any shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions.
Delays & issues
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us at hello@aliver.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
